• Galatians 3:13, ¹³ Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”—
• John 3:16, ¹⁶ “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
